Return Policy

FreshToday delivers perishable food products. We want every order to arrive fresh, complete, and as described. Because of the nature of fresh fish, poultry, and meat, returns are handled carefully under the conditions below.

You may request a return, replacement, or refund if:

• You received the wrong item or incomplete order
• The product quality is clearly unsatisfactory on delivery
• Items arrived damaged, spoiled, or unsafe due to handling
• There is a significant weight or quantity mismatch

Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery — ideally within 2 hours of receiving your order — so we can verify the issue while the product is still fresh.

When you write or call, include your order ID, phone number, a short description of the problem, and clear photos if relevant.

Our team will review your report and may ask for additional details. If the claim is approved, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

• Replacement of the affected item(s)
• Store credit for a future order
• Partial or full refund, depending on the issue

Returns or refunds are generally not available when:

• The product was stored improperly after delivery or left unused for a long period
• Taste preference alone is the reason (for example, you expected a different flavor or cut style that matches the product description)
• Packaging was opened and the product was partially consumed without a verified quality issue
• The report is made too late for us to verify freshness

You may cancel an order before it is packed or dispatched. Once preparation or delivery has started, cancellation may not be possible. Contact support immediately if you need to cancel.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
